Hot & Cold Therapy Eye Mask with ThermaBeads™

The I-RELIEF® eye mask is a reusable hot/cold therapy mask for targeted relief from dry eye, blepharitis, MGD, styes, chalazia, headaches, sinus pressure, swelling, and puffiness. Hot therapy delivers moist heat to unclog glands and improve oil flow, while cold therapy reduces inflammation and eye strain. It comes with a washable slipcover for comfort and hygiene.
Material

Recommended Use

1. Insert I-RELIEF™ mask inside the protective slipcover (optional) and place it flat on a clean microwave-safe dish.

2. Set microwave power to high and heat for 20 seconds. Before applying, always touch the I- RELIEF™ mask with fingers first to test or the desired temperature. If the mask is too hot, allow it to cool for one to two minutes and test again. For additional heat, microwave in five-second increments until the desired temperature is reached. Do not
exceed a maximum of 30 seconds of heating.

3. Place I-RELIEF™ mask over closed eyes for 10 to 15 minutes.
