What payment methods do you accept?

Lumen Eyecare Store accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. All orders placed on the site are encrypted. That means your credit card information is safe and secure throughout the transaction.
Is there Free Shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping Canada-wide on orders over $99 (before taxes).

The following conditions apply:

  • Delivery method is standard ground shipping
  • It cannot be combined with another promo code 
  • This promotion is valid in all provinces of Canada 

If your order is below $99, we offer $9 flat rate shipping Canada-wide. If you reside in the GTA, you can avoid shipping fees by picking up in person at our Scarborough or Markham locations.

Unfortunately, we are currently not able to ship orders outside of Canada.
Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes! Currently, you can choose to pick up in our Markham or Scarborough location.

Pick up hours are 11-5 PM daily.

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I use multiple promo codes on one order?

Sorry, only one promo code can be applied per order.
What is your Return Policy?

For your health and safety, all products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.
